Well, again, Karla and Shiner's third lesson went so well, it was unbelievable! The mare has learned how to be clipped quietly, bathe quietly, and work for karla relaxed and quiet, even next to truck traffic and rode traffic.(even a harley that whizzed by). Everything with the mare is coming along beautifully. Karla has taken Shiner to Hoosier National Forest this weekend for an All-cowgirl Trailride weekend. I will post how well Shiner did for Karla Sunday night, when the Heckathorn's bring Shiner back to finish her training and finish out her lope for Karla. Thanks again for the Heckathorn's for the opportunity to train such a well-bred mare. Hauling Shiner to the May 21st Open Show at either White Co, if the weather is good, or the AHA of Indiana Open Show over in Rochester Indiana if it rains like heck.
